No service or communication

I have been trying to get my my fibre installed now since November 2017.

There have been multiple technicians at my home and depending on the technicians they always tell me that the fibre is either pulled through up to my neighbours house or his neighbours house. This is then supposedly communicated back to OpenServe. But nothing happens. No one comes to pull the fibre through to my home.

I have spoken to people at OpenServe and the problem is never communicated to the right department. So every second day they get a technician to phone me and ask if they can install my fibre, but nothing is being done to address the fact that the fibre hasn't been pulled through.

Very frustrated. If I had another fibre provider in the area I would have used them.
