No service, no way to contact, horrible company

I can't believe how *********** this company is. I app**** for a fiber line on the 17th of Feb, it is now the 8th of March. A technician came to the house a couple days after we app**** and he said the address was incorrect, despite multiple documents stating the correct address when we app****. Technician stated it would take a couple days to get sorted. Well it's now 3 weeks later and despite escalating the issue not a word from this company with no end in sight. I have emailed and used the online chat function on the website, with no luck. I am currently on hold with a phone number I found, I actually don't think anyone is going to answer the way this company is run.
