NO SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION

Open Serve cannot get my connections problem sorted in a week now. Called every one I could a number from, a technician was here 2 days ago, promised it will take 1 hour. It is now another 2 days. 8 days down already. Between Open Serve and Telkom, there is just no urgency to resolve the problem.
