No service is better than bad service!

I read the reviews and Its like OpenServe just ignore everyone. Everything I experienced has been mentioned in the reviews. Technicians not showing up for appointments 3 times now, no call o cancel or inform client that they can't make it. Technician shows up says there is no pole he will order and come back to me...never happened. The excuse sorry the technicians that do the installation is contractors. If they don't get the job done dont use them!!
