No service from Openserve

I request a Supervisor call back.

I am having trouble with a Openserve instalation that has gone wrong for the 2nd time. My address on their system is wrong.My contact person is Jaco Pretorius *** I have tried to contact him since 8 December 2025.He do not respond to any of my calls.I have also left numerios messages for him on the local Openserve WhattSapp group.Again these nessages are ignored.
