NO SERVICE

For a company who "specialises" in technology, they must be the worst to deal with.

I have an internet line, that needs to be moved from a room, to the one next door (4m at the most). I need an estimated price for this.

This morning, the Telkom technician called me, to arrange for a time to get the job done.

I asked him what the cost would appreciate ly be.

He referred me to Openserve, who referred me to Vox, who will presumably get back to me on this today.

The left hand, clearly has no idea, what the right one is doing.

I have tried to get hold of the company, you simply cannot get through. I have sent 3X call me back messages. NADA.

In the meantime, somewhere in Paarl in the 40° heat, a poor dude is waiting for instructions.

These companies, clearly care about their staff, as much as they care about customer service...
