No Service

I contacted Open Serve via their email address on their website. I asked them if they can bring fire to my house. They said, according to their records there is fibre at my premises. When the technitions came here the saw there is no fibre here. Then they said they will take it up with the office. It is four (4) weeks later, nothing yet. They don’t act on the emails I send to them, no where one can find a number where they can be reached. It is like a dead end.
