No service

Worst experience ever, moved address and the line was transferred to open serve and it worked well until the connection just stopped, I contacted my ISP and all they keep telling.me is that is has been escalated with no further updates and I am unable to contact open serve myself. It's been 6 days, 9 reference numbers and almost 5 hours worth of lack time to resolve this matter and to date nothing has been done.
