NO SERVICE AND NO WIFI

Havent had wifi for nearly 2 weeks and openserve just simply dont contact us and fix the problem through our service provider Mweb. Yet we get billed for a service we dont have and have extra costs of data with kids and exams!!!! Not acceptable
