No Service!!

We switched from ADSL to Fiber at the end of last year, the we only had problems since then. The reception is terrible and the internet lags. But we endured hoping it would get better. Last week it suddenly got worse and we are now without internet since Friday. apparently there is an open ticket for a problem in the Rawsonville, Breedevalley area but no one is attending to it, you can't reach any technicians and we are stuck. You don not see any Openserve vehicle or personel looking for the fault. My son has IT as subject and we need the service up and running ASAP!
