No service

I have been waiting since 8 August 2018 to get fibre internet installed. Their installation team was on site once, but was so *********** that they could not find a fibre connection spot and was actually asking for the location of the Telkom phone lines to do the installation. They then left very confused and never came back. Openserve has not even contacted me once, despite several complaints through my service provider. Their feedback was a bunch of lies, claiming that they tried to contact me without success, however there were no missed calls from them on my side. Unfortunately they are the only infrastructure provider in our area and it seems they just bull**** their service providers and customers.
