No service

I am currently infuriated by the lack of service I am experiencing from your company. We work from home 3 to 6 working days is utterly unacceptable in this day and age. Your call centre is useless it seems as long as you take your monthly premium it seems you couldn't give a dam. Are you going to reimburse me for the mobile data I am having to use due to YOUR lack of service so I can work? Of course not.... Fix the problem ASAP! Reference Mwb***1
