NO INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK NOW

NO INTERNET FOR OVER A WEEK NOW....I have been waiting for a technician to be sent out for 5days now, no one can tell me when this person will come so I have to sit at home with no internet & no way to work yet I cant leave to go work somewhere because I need to be home for this person. I am really getting frustrated with this service & non existent customer service
