No internet for nearly a month now.

I signed up with Home-Connect and have been waiting since 3 September for Openserve to complete my installation, I have all the hardware here, I have a B number, I have a router, I have an active fibre on light on the fibre box... All I need is a username and password from Home-Connect once Openserve actually just do their job.
