No Internet for 4 days

Openserve service is pathetic, don't have Internet since 03May2026 to date 06May2026. Missed my assignment submission because I didn't have wi-fi. Are they going to compensate us for all the inconvenience? When contacting the live chat, you are made to hold for operator but no one is coming back to you.
