No help for my fibre line for MONTHS

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Can’t even be bothered to help me fix my fibre line when I’ve been COMPLAINING FOR MONTHS ABOUT THE FACT that my fibre line has something wrong with it! I have done multiple “tests” and jumped through so many hoops just for Openserve to keep clearing my tickets which have been logged to them through afrihost which is my isp. STILL IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED! I am paying exorbitant amounts of money each money for a 100mbps line which only reaches 20/30mbps IF IM LUCKY! It keeps dipping to 6mbps and I can barely use my WiFi! I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM OPENSERVE WHO couldn’t be bothered in the least to sort my problems out!
