NO FIBRE in the GRASSY PARK/ LOTUS RIVER area

Im not sure if its the area we reside in but no fibre still installed in Grassy Park/Lotus River. All around us fibre is in and up and running already.Constantia ,Tokai, Ferness, Fairways, Plumstead, Southfield and nothing in Grassy Park /Lotus River. How is the planning done. It seems all the WHITE areas being completed before you go into the slums?
