No fibre after calling daily for 2 weeks

Its day 8 of me phoning in every day to follow up on my installation- finre Everyday I am being promised today is the day the fix it - today is the day the install- everyday Its being confirmed fir today and still nothing. Nothing - I will have to phone in again- they dont have a whatsapp number they only have an email adress no one is responding! Terrible absolutely terrible!!
