No feedback on order placed in Januray 2018

No Feedback

I placed an order in January 2018 for new phone line and DSL installation. The initial site survey was done, but I have not had any feedback as to the progress of the installation. When I call Telkom, I am advised that the order is with the Network team, but there is no way to follow up on the order or to track it's progress. It is now April 2018, and I still do not know what is happening
