No feedback, no escalation of job, Installers don't care.

Placed an order on Friday, got a call on Saturday for installation on Sunday and was impressed. The installers showed up, saw that a new pole had to be planted and said he escalated the request for the pole and that they would come back this week. It's 3 days later and haven't heard anything from them with regards to the installation or anything. I don't think the installer actually escalated the issue as he said he would
