no faith in openserve

worst company to deal with , i recently joined on their site which stated free router , free installation , free set up , i just have to pay R239 for delivery i do that and the router gets delivered , however no one wishes to come install and set up , yet when i checked coverage it said im in full coverage , been going up and down from tech to lines everyday , no one seems to help or want to send out a tech to sort out the issue ,
