No customer assistance

I know it's often out of your control, but Openserve's lack of proactivity is alarming.

Our internet drops for periods at a time every few days. By the time they get to it the internet is up so it looks like it's fine. This is happening so often and they can't see a pattern and a need for a permanent fix.
