No contact details

I am not happy with open servebeen using this services for a year now and when the system is down it is down and there’s nothing you can do about it you can call anyone especially on weekends we have had an experience where we had to call on weekends and there’s no number there’s only a WhatsApp number which gives you an automatic reply that says they are not available on weekends so you don’t know if you have a problem during weekends who to call there’s no contact there’s nothing Even the contact that day it’s just doesn’t help with anything I wouldn’t recommend or open to anyone it’s the service is ok but the problem starts when when you will have to now contact them you know if you have a problem for them to come over to advise you on what to do it’s it’s been two days now with no connection and everything in our house is connected to connected to the Wi-Fi so now I need to spend more money so that we can have connection so for the house and for my business as well so it is not good I don’t know maybe they need to have someone on standby hope you’re available on weekends not on WhatsApp because this WhatsApp thing is not really helping at all I’m frustrated where I am because I can’t communicate with my clients I can’t do my business I need to buy data now which finishes very fast so this Wi-Fi thing has been assisting but at the moment it’s not doing good sometimes it switches off out of no way it switches on again then this network is weak it’s just not good it is not good at all
