No connection after 3 weeks when the installation was done

Openserve did an installation 3 weeks ago and still my wifi is not working or connected- they make appointments and never pitch- causing me to take leave for nothing. no one is getting back to me on when the issue will be sorted. shocking service - it's like they dont even exists
