NO COMMUNICATION

This is the worst company ever to do business with. You can not contact them via telephone to speak to a PERSON. I ordered my fibre through Afrihost 3 weeks ago only to hear now that Openserve (they do their installations) do not have infrastructure in my area. Thats nonsense. My neighbour in my complex got her fibre through openserve.
