New business appears to be unimportant

App**** through RSAWeb, who informed us on 24 August OpenServe will be in contact with us in 2 weeks. Followed up after 2 weeks and were informed the application was misplaced. Informed we will be contacted yesterday by 14h00, still no call. Its almost going on 3 weeks now. If it starts like this you cannot help but wonder what the service would be like going forward.
