Never trust Telkom Openserve

Telkom Openserve is the worst WiFi fibre company to choose if you are looking for a WiFi service provider. They promised me the best service and they haven't delivered. The WiFi only worked for 7 days, from the 8th to the 13th on February. They debited from my account for February and March but I still don't have service. When I call they send a technician that will come and diagnose my box and then tell me there's a problem 4 km from my house that they'll fix. They promise to call me back and they never do. I'd have to call a number of times and they'd do the same thing. Here is my B number B***. Telkom has proved to be *********** and has proved that they **** people. They are ****s and ****mers. If you live in the south of Johannesburg and want a service provider that will be reliable, my advice is that never trust Telkom Openserve. ***. B***
