Never again Openserve

We have been off line for 6 days now and with working from home, I had to make other plans at additional cost to ensure connectivity.

They don't phone back and if we get hold of them, they say the technician is working on it, or they have escalated it. Today we were told that they will have to get back to us by tomorrow - Day 7!
