NEED EXTREMELY URGENT ASSISTANCE FOR ***

I need assistance with the my router from Openserve.I have been without internet for 5 days because that is how long it has taken to get a fault/ticket logged.This is extremely worrying and stressful.I NEED HELP URGENTLY because my kids cannot do their home work as they are being taught online,we can't attend interviews online or do any other type of work not to mention how expensive all this .This has become a not only a crisis but worse than an emergency.
