My line is down every single month

My line is down every single month. The duration differs. Sometimes a couple of hours and other times like this time round it's days. No updates no feedback no ETR. No nothing. Every technician that comes here can't understand why it dips. The last one that was here provided feedback on Thursday and still no update.
