Mweb Openserve bad fibre service

Placed an order with mweb on the 13th of March 2022 and we are still waiting for device to be delivered as well as feedback and to be connected. Service is really bad as we can’t even get hold of customer care or sales. Requested a call back with feedback and still waiting. Its passed the 14days waiting period.
