Lying about call outs

We have recently relocated and followed all the steps to make it the smoothest process possible. Openserve came out on Wednesday the 31st August 2024 and informed us that the line needs to be spliced and a diffrent team will come out to do it and we will only have to wait for 2 days, we followed up twice a day with Afrihost and we were only informed that they will escalate. No one ever came out. On the 05 of August a lady phoned me and said that openserve said they were there on the 02nd of August and could not gain access. THis was a lie as I was home the whole day and no one phoned or knocked to gain access. Afrihost siad that someone will make contact with us today yest no one has reached out to us
