Live Fibre vs. Installation

Openserve advises Afrihost that I am not live and therefore they have put my order on snooze!

Funny thing, Openserve pitch at my complex on 7th November 2017 and install fibre for my neighbors, spoke to the tech, he advises that it is live and that’s why he is installing. Stood there and watched him test it.

Called Afrihost again, they called Openserve, they advised cannot install as not live.

So am I looking at ghosts installing fibre that isnt there?!

Seriously!

Look forward to the installation going forward, further more I will contact ICASA.
