Lack of professionals

This is the 8th day without WiFi. I've been calling everyday with no progress. Maybe they need qualified technicians who work more efficiently. Then there's the call center personals who are very unprofessional. They don't introduce themselves or speak in a professional manner. They just say "Hello" & wait for you to state your reason for calling. I'm not impressed with openserve as a whole.
