IVE BEEN WAITING FOR OPEN-SERVE TO GET BACK TO ME ABOUT MY WIFI AND IF TECHNICIANS WILL NEED TO COME. What’s the holdup?

I have issues with my wifi. I called MWEB and was sent to OpenServe. I’ve been waiting for them to come back to me. What’s the hold up? I’m struggling to use my Wifi and this is a hinderance to my daily operations. Can I have assistance on this urgently please?
