INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS/ INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS.

If anyone is thinking of making a change in service providers, think twice!!! In my case, I was in the market for a better Fibre deal, I found a fabulous deal with Mweb, My service with Mweb has been great BUT...... they are reliant on openserve and this is where it all starts.

Openserve call you, make appointments to install the fibre and then dont bother to pitch up to the appointment, no sms, no explanation or even an apology! Trying to get hold of them is virtually IMPOSSIBLE! I've left numerous messages at mweb and all i'm told is - 'we are so sorry, we understand your frustration - but all you can do is wait"

where in this day and age is that an acceptable answer? I've been without internet at home for the past 8 days, for some its ok but when i'm reliant on internet for TV it becomes intolerable!
