Installation in progress NEVER HAPPENING!!

The most pathetic service I've ever come across. Too many chiefs and too little indians in this business. We ordered a line on the 10th of june, got the router the 11th. We have since been waiting for 3 poles to be planted but every time you speak to an agent/technician there's a different story or excuse. You will suffer loss of business with this company and you will struggle your ass off to get anyhing done. If they don't have the infrastructure why offer a service to people? They need to seriously get their act together. I feel sorry for the businesses that use them to install on behalf of them because they look extremely bad as well. I would never recommend them to anyone. You inform the technicians to view hello peter reviews and they don't even care for that. The agent we dealt with even told us not to frustrate him with calls and that he would inform us when things are happening. It's sickening that no one can even give a client a time and date of installation and even though i booked one on the app last night for today the 28th of june they still have made no effort whatsoever to contact us and give us updates. We have to beg to get any form of customer service from them.
