Installation Delay

I am moving to the following address: Unit 8 Village Wilene, 606 Kenega Street, Erasmuskloof, 0181

When checking coverage on website it shows fibre is available. When ordering the transfer, the installation is delayed due to infrastructure problems.

I contacted the Trustees and was informed that fibre was due to be installed in the complex in March 2020 and still has not been done.

What is perplexing is that there is fibre installed in Unit 1, but not at any of the other units!

Please advise what the plan is regarding the installation of fibre as I have to switch to LTE that is costing me more per month.
