Installation date

I am working from home and changing address and require connectivity in order for me to do my work. Planning this I was (am) in contact with Openserve in advance to avoid being without connectivity. Unfortunately all my planning was to no avail as Openserve contacted and said they can only do the installation on 2nd September 2024 which will leave me 3 days without connectivity and unable to work. I have to have a connection by latest 30 August 2024. What makes this even more concerning is that there is already an installation point in the home which has to be activated with my profile and a router given to me. So why the delay? Please follow up urgently, thanks.
