Installation

Good day, after waiting almost 3 weeks for my fibre line to be installed by Openserve, via Vox Telecoms, I received a visit from a technician (Hansie Van Vuuren JG) yesterday, the 11th of April 2023, who told me he could not install my fibre line as he could only do small alterations and would pass the contract to the contractor. He also made me aware that there are only 4 of them in the Benoni area. He informed me that the installation would either take place on the same day or the next day, 12 April 2023. I appreciated his honesty.

Now around 3pm on 11 April 2023, I received a message from Openserve that Thohlang Mosea was on his way. A few moments later, I received a call from *** saying he was in Kempton park. He then informed me that he would only make it on the 12th of April at 7am.

Around 8:30am on April 12th I dialed the number and was rudely addressed. He informed me that he was attending a meeting and would arrive around 4 or 5 pm before abruptly hanging up. Then, he called back and said he had confused me with another client, and that he would come to me as soon as he finished his work in Benoni. Around 4pm on 12th April, i called back to remind him, he then gave me the run around until i explained myself, he again stated that he confused me with another client again and said my contract was given to another technician.

As of yet, I have not received an SMS from openserve. No. ***
