In the last 6 months I have now had 5 outages

In the last 6 months I have now had 5 outages. These outages last more than a few days at a time. Every time a technician works in our area, even on other affected houses, my goes down. This time round I reported it on Thursday. A technician was out late Friday afternoon. He told me he needs to go check something and then just never came back. Saturday, according to the app they were working on it. Before 14:00 the app showed “Appointment sceduled for 17 May”. No technician showed up. So 3 days after I reported it, I’m still offline. Openserve has let me down so much since I had to use them, seeing as they are the only provider in my area. They are the first provider ever I struggle with this much. A complete lack of caring, and almost no sense or urgency. If you offline over a weekend or for weeks, it doesnt really bother them. This happens near every single month now. Im really just so tired of this.
