Impossible service and charges

I have just spend 2 hours trying to get hold of Openserve. When I finally manage to speak to a human, I was informed that it will cost me 3000.00 to move the fibre box , and wait for it, 1 meter from it original space to a new space that is more sensible.

R3000.00 to move a fibre box. SO now I am going to move this myself and I categorically state for he whole world to acknowledge that Openserve officially has been demoted to least favourable service provider.

Or maybe they should fire the whole customer support department and start new.
