<p>I commend the service receiced by Toks Simelane of Telkom Openserve for her immediate response to a Telkom cable issue I was experiencing.</p> <p>I was experiencing a lot of to-ing and fro-ing whilst communicating with the Telkom call centre for close to two months. But once I managed to get the appropriate division to deal with from Telkom, Toks communicated with all relevant parties (instead of passing on the buck), and resolved the issue within a short period of time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Toks.</p>
