Imcompetent and pathetic service.

Useless and pathetic. Requested a fibre installation quote more than 3 weeks ago and received nothing. When I followed up over the weekend, I was reffered to the opposition. Nice way to promote your business??? I took them up on the opposition offer, now they cannot even activate a fibre line. They might as well close their doors and disconnect the phones as nobody is answering them anyway..
