The technicians are currently installing our neighbors fiber, and have proceeded to disconnect ours in the process. They had no idea they had even made an error until we went to tell them. This is definitely an error on the technicians’ part as we have two fiber connections on the property and both have been knocked out at the same time. When confronted, they shrugged and said “We’ll try to fix it.” Openserve’s technicians are not properly trained, and give no consideration to surrounding properties, even if those people happen to be paying customers.
