Idiots do not know what they doing

Open serve is contracted to do all of telkomsa technical stuff. Only problem is they now even less than telkom. We relocated in November 2018, we called and requested our line to be moved. We logged the move twice through the internet. I called again last week only to be notified that they new nothing about it, in the interim the new tenants at our old adress have been using our line at our cost. To make matters worse, this morning a technician pitches up in announced, says he forgot his tools and equipment and will be back later, again he pitches up, inspects our pool and says he can't help I need a cable guy. Really, how the **** does a pool dictate that there are no lines, especially when I walk outside and can physically see the telephone line running from the pole to the house and even have the telkom connection In the house
