I've got a fiber connection in the back of my yard that's active but can't get connected

<p>A openserve installer who was installing fiber at my neighbour came to my house and confirmed that the box in my yard is active, however the openserve map is not updated (and hasn't been for the last 5 months that I've had an active connection) and no one is willing to help.</p>
