I ordered an upgrade on the 24th of July, they captured my adress incorrect after i told them it is not correct. They came to install it then returned when they realised they made aistake. They then sceduled a new appointment again where they again did not pitch. After we called again, we found that they have not even attempted to correct the adress nor schedule another appointment
