I have had no internet since yesterday after I got from work

I have had no internet since yesterday after I got from work . I got the Openserve app, so I logged a fault that my internet is not working, which was 24 hours plus ago , still no internet.if you track the progress, all the app says they are working on it , I find this kind of service unacceptable they don't send or give you any information as when the internet will be back on , So it was true what people have been telling me that I must stay away from Openserve, lesson learned 🫣
