I did not expect this!

Today is SA we have gotten used to terrible service from Telkom. I myself have definitely been on the receiving end of such bad service. Today the service we got was definitely not bad at all!

This morning our internet stopped working. Our service provider (Afrihost) logged a fault on our behalf with Telkom at about 9am. Last time we logged a fault, it took 3 weeks for a technician to come out to us. But not today! By 10am a friendly Openserve Technician named Isaac knocked on our door to help. He stayed and worked until everything was fixed.

I am really impressed with the good and quick service we got today. Thank you Isaac, and thank you Telkom. If Telkom performs like they did today, then there is definitely hope!
